1. Who can buy
You have to be old enough to buy, which means 18 or over for long guns and ammunition and 21 or over for handguns. You also have to be legally allowed to own firearms. If federal, state or local law says you cannot buy or possess a firearm, you cannot order one from us. You confirm all of this at checkout.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We review it and confirm before anything is final. We can decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed wrong, or if we cannot complete the sale legally. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice.
3. How payment works
No card is charged on this website. After you place an order we reach out and set up payment with you directly, using the method you picked at checkout such as Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Crypto or Venmo. Your order is held until payment clears. We will never ask you to enter card numbers on the site, so if anyone claiming to be us does, it is not us.
4. Firearm transfers and background checks
Every firearm ships to a licensed FFL dealer near you, never to your door. You pick it up from that dealer after you pass the background check on ATF Form 4473. The dealer may charge a transfer fee, which is separate from what you pay us. If you do not pass the check or cannot legally take possession, the firearm goes back to us and we handle it under the returns section below.
5. Shipping
We ship across the United States. Firearms go to your chosen FFL. Ammunition and accessories can ship to you where the law allows it. Delivery times are estimates, not promises. Once a package is handed to the carrier the usual shipping risks apply.
6. State and local law
Some states limit certain firearms, features, magazine sizes and types of ammunition. Our checkout blocks what your state does not allow, but the final responsibility is yours. Know the rules where you live before you order.
7. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel before a firearm transfers to you. Once a firearm has transferred it cannot come back to us as a normal return, since by law it would have to move dealer to dealer. If an item arrives defective, we sort it out under the manufacturer warranty. For safety reasons we do not accept returns on ammunition. Anything sent back has to be unused and in its original packaging.
8. Warranties
Products carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer, and we pass that through to you. We do not add a separate warranty of our own beyond what the maker provides.
9. Our liability
Beyond the manufacturer warranty, items are sold as they are. Firearms and ammunition are yours to handle, store and use safely and legally. We are not responsible for misuse. To the extent the law allows, the most we are liable for is the amount you paid for the item in question.
10. Pricing and typos
We work to keep listings, prices and specs correct, but mistakes happen. If we find an error we can correct it, and we can cancel any order that was affected by it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies to your order, so it is worth a look before you buy.
