Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on ordering, transfers, shipping and payment. If yours is not here, send us a message and a real person will reply.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add what you want to the cart and check out as normal. No card is charged on the site. Once your order is in, we contact you to arrange payment and, if the order contains a firearm, to confirm the licensed dealer receiving it.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Orders start at $140. It keeps shipping and handling sensible on small items, and most customers clear it with a single box of ammunition or one accessory.

How do I check on my order?

Use the Track Order page, or reply to your order email. If you have an order number, include it and we can answer faster.

Do you hold items for me?

Placing an order reserves your item while we arrange payment. If payment is not completed in a reasonable window we release it back to stock so it is not sitting idle for other buyers.

FFL transfers

Why does my firearm ship to an FFL and not my house?

Federal law requires that firearms transfer through a licensed dealer. We ship the firearm to an FFL near you, you complete ATF Form 4473 and the background check there, and you pick it up. We never ship a gun to a residence.

How do I choose my FFL dealer?

Tell us the dealer you want to use at checkout, or ask and we will help you find one nearby. Most gun shops and many pawn shops and ranges accept transfers.

What does the FFL charge?

The receiving dealer sets their own transfer fee, commonly $20 to $50. That fee is paid to them directly and is separate from what you pay us.

What happens if I do not pass the background check?

The firearm stays with the dealer and is returned to us. We refund the purchase price less shipping and any transfer costs already incurred. We follow the law here without exception.

How long does a transfer take?

Shipping to your dealer usually takes a few business days. The Form 4473 and background check are typically completed the same day you arrive, though some states add a waiting period.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship across all 50 states. Firearms go to your FFL. Ammunition, optics, parts and gear ship to your address where state and local law allows it.

Can ammunition ship to my door?

In most states, yes. Some states and cities restrict ammunition shipments or require a license. Our checkout blocks what your state does not allow, but you are responsible for knowing your local rules.

How fast do orders go out?

Most orders leave within one to two business days of payment clearing. Bulk ammunition and firearms sometimes take an extra day to pack and document properly.

Will my state let me buy this?

Restrictions on certain firearms, features, magazine capacities and ammunition types are enforced at checkout. If something cannot ship to you, you will see it before you pay.

Payment

What payment methods do you take?

Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Crypto and Venmo. Each carries a discount at checkout: Crypto 5%, Zelle 4%, Cash App 3%, Venmo 3% and PayPal 2%.

Why is no card charged on the website?

Card processors are difficult for firearms retailers, and the fees get passed to you. We arrange payment with you directly instead, which is how we can offer a discount on every method.

When do I actually pay?

After you place the order. We reach out with payment details for the method you selected, usually within one business day. Your order ships once payment clears.

Do you ever ask for card numbers by email?

Never. We do not collect card numbers on the site or by email. If anyone claiming to be us asks for one, it is not us. Contact us directly.

Age and eligibility

How old do I have to be?

You must be 18 or older for long guns and ammunition for long guns, and 21 or older for handguns and handgun ammunition. Age is verified by your dealer at transfer.

Who cannot buy a firearm?

Anyone prohibited under federal, state or local law, including the categories listed in 18 U.S.C. 922(g). You confirm your eligibility at checkout and the dealer verifies it at transfer.

Can I buy a gun as a gift?

You can, but the person receiving it must complete the transfer themselves at an FFL. Buying a firearm on behalf of someone who cannot legally buy one is a straw purchase and is a federal crime.

Returns and warranty

What is your return policy?

You can cancel before a firearm transfers to you. Unused accessories and gear in original packaging can be returned. Once a firearm has transferred it cannot come back to us as a normal return, because by law it would have to move dealer to dealer.

Can I return ammunition?

No. For safety reasons we cannot accept ammunition returns once it has left us. If a lot is genuinely defective, contact us and we will work it out with the manufacturer.

What if my item arrives defective?

Contact us right away with your order number and photos. Products carry the manufacturer warranty and we help you get it handled.

Still stuck?
