The bolt carrier is LWRC’s ultra strong one piece design with rearward relief cuts engineered for water submersion. A nickel boron coating on that carrier adds lubricity and makes cleanup noticeably easier, so carbon wipes away rather than requiring a scraper and solvent soak.
