The mono forged upper and lower receivers deliver added strength. Forging the rail interface as part of the upper removes the flex you get from a conventional barrel nut mounted rail, and it makes the front of the rifle far more resistant to abuse.

The M-LOK handguard is longer for a more modern grip and accessory layout, letting you drive the support hand forward for better muzzle control. It removes in seconds by loosening two screws at its base and sliding it off, so cleaning the gas system or inspecting the barrel does not require tools you do not already own.

Operating System and Specifications

At the heart of the rifle is LWRC’s two way adjustable gas piston system, now managed by a new butterfly style adjustment key you can reach right through the machined holes in the handguard. Tuning the gun no longer means stripping anything down, which is a genuine convenience when you swap between suppressed and unsuppressed fire in the middle of a range session.

The one piece bolt carrier is nickel boron coated for slick cycling and easy cleanup, with rearward relief cuts designed for water submersion. Those cuts are a nod to the hard use environments this rifle was built for, where a gun may go into the water and has to come out working.
